Dee Costa Senior VP, Sales & Recruiting |
With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry in sales, marketing, training and administration, Ms. Costa is dedicated to helping America’s top producers build thriving, profitable practices.
As Vice President, Operations at E.F. Hutton Life, Dee served on the product development team, the strategic planning committee and the IT steering committee, helping to grow the company from 70 to over 700 employees serving 20,000 producers. As Vice President of International Sales Training at the IOF, Dee built and delivered a variety of sales training and business building schools across the United States and Canada. Just prior to joining AMS, Dee was Director of Training for Matrix Direct, leading and developing the sales force and the customer service teams. She holds FIC, FICF and CSA licenses.
Ms. Costa has been a platform speaker at numerous conventions and has a strong work ethic. As Senior Vice President of Sales & Recruiting, she develops Business Consultants so they can counsel AMS producers to grow their business, while helping their clients protect and preserve their assets.
