Jay Akerstein brings a vast entrepreneurial background and spirit to Asset Marketing Systems, and is a co-founder of the company with Rick Metcalfe, Mike Mirich and Mike Midlam. As Executive Vice President and COO, he is responsible for the overall effective management of the organization’s business structure and model.
Mr. Akerstein played a pivotal role in establishing infrastructure for AMS at its inception along with overseeing the execution of critical functions including national agent recruiting and territory administration.
He has worked in a senior executive capacity in the computer and consumer electronics industries, where he was responsible for markets worldwide and was instrumental in the success of numerous high performance sales campaigns.
