As President and CEO of Madison Avenue Securities, Inc. (MAS), Stephanie Akerstrom oversees the strategic development and daily operations of the broker-dealer.
Ms. Akerstrom was also highly instrumental in the founding of MAS in 2005 and has served as Interim President since October 2007. Prior to that, she acted as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Asset Marketing Systems.
Ms. Akerstrom has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. In previous years she held a position as President of another San Diego based broker-dealer servicing 600 registered representatives across the country.
