He has coached dozens of producers to develop the essential skills they need for success, including presentation techniques, questioning, storytelling, closing and objection handling, and visual selling. The AMS Sales Symposium, long the standard for excellence in FMO training, has been designed and managed by Joe since 2005. He is also responsible for competitive industry intelligence and research.
