Wayne’s professional experience includes over 26 years of broad-based knowledge working successfully with high growth emerging and middle market companies, primarily in the service sector, in both San Diego and New York City. He has a strong background as a CPA in Big 4 public and private accounting and has demonstrated financial leadership in a broad range of industries.
As Sr. VP & Chief Financial Officer, Wayne oversees the execution of the company’s finance and accounting operations and is integral to the organization’s strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting and cash management activities. Wayne also spearheads specific initiatives that support and drive the business forward. The President & CEO of AMS’ wholly-owned broker-dealer subsidiary, Madison Avenue Securities, Inc. reports to Wayne.
