Drums of the Pacific Luau

The Luau is daily from 5:00pm – 8:00pm.
Bike Down Haleakala Crater
Here is your chance to enjoy the bike ride of a lifetime! This adventure begins at your hotel where you are picked up in a comfortable van and driven to the top of Haleakala Crater (10,023 feet above sea level). Coast 38 miles down the mountain, stopping along the way to take pictures. Tours are available for both sunrise and midday. Both trips provide you with safety helmets, gloves, windbreaker jackets and pants. Layered clothing is a must due to the high elevation.
Tour time may vary by season. Some restrictions apply.
Are shuttles available from the Kahului Airport to the Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa in Lahaina?
Transportation from the airport to the Hyatt on June 27th and from the Hyatt to the airport on July 1st will be provided. Additional details will be sent closer to the event. Travelers with arrivals and departures outside of these dates will be responsible for making their own transportation arrangements.

How many additional guests may I bring to the Conference and what costs are associated with their attendance?
As part of your Conference qualification, AMS will pay hotel, airfare, and one activity as detailed out in the registration tool for you and one guest. Any additional guests accompanying you and your one complimentary guest will be at your own expense. Adding additional guests may be done through the Balboa Travel registration tool from the AMS Top Producer Conference Site.
